Local Fire Protection and Sprinkler System Management Company

Prestige Fire Protection Group is a woman-owned business founded by Sarah and Justin Fishlin, a husband and wife team. Sarah brings to the business more than 15 years of experience as an executive administrator in the housing industry, overseeing contracts and maintenance of various buildings.

Justin began his career in the fire protection industry in the Greater Boston area in January 2000 as an apprentice. Within five years, he earned his journeyman’s license and was asked to lead construction projects with only nine months of experience. Justin is dedicated to his work and strives for excellence, which led him to implement a service and inspections division in the same company where he started. This new business segment became the most profitable for the company.

In 2005, at the age of 26, Justin started his own fire protection business by incorporating and obtaining his Massachusetts Sprinkler Contractors License. With the help of a team who believed in him, Justin overcame challenges such as the housing bubble in 2008 and built a leading fire protection company in the Boston market. Over the next eight years, Justin expanded the business and service offerings, eventually selling the company to a national firm in 2016 and remaining a leader for the next six years.

In April 2023, Sarah and Justin incorporated Prestige Fire Protection Group, combining their over 39 years of experience to better serve the Greater Boston and Massachusetts territory.
